    If this does not work, and you have additional MyStyle add-ons or plugins, you can also try deactivating and reactivating ALL mystyle plugins (like the design manager), this has also been found to fix some issues that result from updates of WooCommerce or MyStyle

    This is a question for your project manager (Allison), not really a technical support issue like this particular forum is dedicated to. Please email her for your status update / timeline.

    Also keep in mind that our turnaround time depends on your providing any required specs and/or product image assets, so be sure that you’ve provided any required assets to keep things moving forward as quickly as possible.

    Hi David,

    Glad you got that SSL all worked out.

    I wish we could have debugged what originally caused the issue (was it updating our plugin, updating WordPress or WooCommerce, etc), but otherwise I’m glad it’s working OK for you now!

    When you deactivate and reactivate the plugin(s), they will run their initial install / config script again checking that everything is set up correctly, so this is a good first option to try any time something is breaking from an update.

    Hi David,

    The last time you had an issue it was because of SSL. Is your handoff page being forced/redirected to SSL too? Perhaps this is the same issue 1 page later in the flow?

    If you could paste your WooCommerce system info, that would give us a little more to work with, too.

    Has anything else in your site changed since last time it was working? WooCommerce Update? MyStyle Plugin Update? WordPress Update? Other?

    Hi David,

    You are using an HTTPS / SSL page for your customize page. This is not allowing the SWFObject javascript library to load and properly check for Flash or HTML5 support.

    Please use a HTTP / non-SSL page for your customizer page.

    If you need custom development to accomplish this, please contact us directly for a quote, but if you have your own web developer they can do this for you.

    Hi David,

    Please note that the product template ID us different from Design ID.

    The design ID would only be needed for an actual design to load every time, like a certain image or text or colors. If you want the product to start blank, as is common, you don’t need a design ID and you can leave that blank.

    Mystyle template ID and the checkbox to enable customization are on the main Mystyle tab in the product options, near where you set all the other product info.

    Hi David,

    Has this happened on more than one computer?

    Do you have an active api key and secret?

    Can you right click your customizer and tell me what version of flash you have and if you see a mystyle app version as well?

    Which license did you purchase, and was it under this same name?

    Hi Eugene

    Thank You for the bug report. We’ve filed a ticket for this bug with the dev team.

    One workaround that has been found to fix most bugs resulting from a recent update is to do a manual update of the plugin again. Sometimes during plugin-update, if the plugin does not update properly, you can reinstall the plugin by:

    1) deactivate it
    2) delete / remove it
    3) Download the most recent plugin from the WP marketplace
    4) Upload the new plugin
    5) activate it again

    – that should fix the issue.

    Note that you should not have to deactivate or reinstall the Design Manager or other MyStyle add on plugins for this to work. Also, you should not lose any data (like people’s saved designs shown in the design manager) by deactivating, deleting and reactivating. This process does not delete any data from your database.

    You do not have any active licenses with this account. You will receive your API Key and Secret via email when you purchase your mystyle license subscription and our staff processes your account and sets up your app on our API side.

    No that would only be only 1 product with 3 product template options as layers. We do the product template option coding for you, you just will need to send your image assets to customer service and we’ll do the rest.

    We process all our license accounts by hand right now, so it takes usually 1 business day.

    Also, should have noted this first-

    As with any plugin related issue, make sure your WooCommerce and any other plugins or add-ons you might be using are up-to-date. Various issues are fixed in newer versions of all plugins, including ours, which may provide some bug fixes.
