Hi Sean, yes I can see the order but I can’t see how I download the print file. I can only seem to view it as a thumbnail and print it as a picture.

Hi Sean,

Thanks, but you didn’t answer 3 out of my four questions. I will list them again.

1. I was wondering if by zooming 100% that would give them an indication of how the design may look once printed?

3. Does it tell them if they are over the 10MB upload limit?

4. And lastly how do I pull the specs on a template? eg, I need to check the specs/bleed area of the blanket templates, to see if that template fits my product or I need to create a new product template.

Hi Sean,

The html version works but the flash doesn’t. I did wonder if it was my computer but I seem to have no trouble viewing/using the flash version on your example websites. And I just updated flash as well.

I have forwarded this to my developer so I will get back to you shortly.
