Hi. I am having issues with Mystyle
1 – the design work space is showing a black box that is outside the design area
2 – i am unable to download print quality files of the order. It is showing rendering very small and changes the fonts used

Did you recently update WP, WC, MyStyle or anything that you think caused the bug? Make sure to take our latest update for the plugin from your WP admin, too.
I just tried your site and made a phone case OK. Can you link me to the product or a design on the product that has the issue? It may be specific to a single product template.

I have updated the plug in to Mystyle CPD is V3.7.0. Design style manager is V1.0.1
Can you email me direct your contact details and I will send you through screen shots to show you what I mean
On the renderer (V3.13.1) The Original uses one font, the Print render replaces the font with another one
The SVG file is tiny, about 5% of final print size
The JPG file requires me to redesign the mug with their photo
Fonts and design elements dont show on final print

Sounds like your product template may need an update.
Secondly, after the update the print render should come out as needed. I can help you with the font issue via email.
