Can you supply a link to the page? I can check it out.
A few things to doublecheck:
* Make sure you have a valid product ID. Try product ID 1 if not.
* Make sure your product has a price set. In WooCommerce, this can sometimes prevent the add-to-cart button (or customize button in it’s place) to be disabled.
* Make sure if you have product options, they’re set. In WooCommerce products, if you use variations, the add-to-cart button (or customize button) can be disabled until variation options are chosen.
* Try disabling additional plugins that may have a conflict, and test with just Woocommerce and MyStyle enabled.
* Lastly, make sure you have the most current version of our plugin.

but the site is under development so you can view only via admin panel.May 23, 2019 at 12:18 pm #17188
I won’t be able to debug the page if I can’t access the page, unfortunately. Can you provide me with a Username and Login to be able to see the site? If you provide the login, I can verify all of your settings on the backend are correct and troubleshoot the issue on the front end as well.
Do not provide the User/Pass here in the forum – you can email it or Google-Chat direct to me at email@example.com
Alternatively, if you can provide your server’s error log for any errors that occur when you load this page, or the console log if any errors are there, I can offer any insight into what they mean or log them as a bug ticket, if there appears to be one on our end.

Glad it’s working OK for you now.
The Product Template ID 840 is actually an outdated template from the original Flash app, it has an issue with the mask that is outdated we can correct. The product actually allows design in the outer section of the frame, not the inner picture area. Is that what you want?
If you want to set up a bunch of blank sizes, you can use the plugin TM Extra Product Options to set up “width” and “height” fields for one product. Then, you can use that product to set various sizes, click through to the Customizer, and copy those links as a way to generate dynamic product templates of various sizes and options.
If you don’t want to go with blank sizes from the above method, you can have specific templates made to match your exact print specs, with graphical templates made for you and integrated with new template IDs by our team. We have to do those manually in house. You can purchase that service here through our website for a one-time fee per template, and you can keep the IDs private to your site once they’re made. Product template 840 was updated to be compatible with the new Customizer, you can go ahead and try it now and it should automatically be updated on your site as well.

I have tried with 840 id but it was not working.May 27, 2019 at 12:02 am #17200
Product id 840 template in which background image is successfully uploaded and then I went to second step for upload main picture it performs a same action as in step1 it creates a duplicate image laydown on the backgroung image and main image 4″x6″ still blank out.May 28, 2019 at 1:55 pm #17203
As noted in the previous reply, that is the intended behavior for this product template. It is a custom frame product, where you design on the outer frame and it comes with the center blank, for inserting a photo into in real life. The frame itself is printed, not the photo area in the center.
If you like, we can help you develop custom product templates to meet your specs. You can purchase that service here through our website for a one-time fee per template, and you can keep the IDs private to your site once they’re made. Our new-product-template creation services can be purchased here: https://mystyleplatform.com/product-category/customizable-products/
Also, if you want just blank templates of various sizes, you can do that yourself by using the plugin TM Extra Product Options by ThemeComplete and by setting up “width” and “height” fields. Then, enabling “configur8” within the ADvanced MyStyle product tab. This will allow the customize button to be clicked and then use the Address bar to copy a link to that size. Use that link within your design when you make buttons for that product, etc. When you do this, the URLs that go through and are recognized by MyStyle and load then at the sizes set on the product page when it goes through to the MyStyle Customizer on the next page.
It’s a bit complicated, I know, which is why we’d recommend our Standard License support so we can help you out with it, or just to purchase premade templates from us that will work right away with a single ID.
