Currently our out-of-the-box plugin does not support SSL, we need to make a special configuration for you if you need SSL.
This means that if your using WooCommerce or another Ecommerce Platform and have set your whole website to use SSL (https: vs https:), the customizer will not load as it cannot connect to the API.
To fix this, use your site settings or .htaccess to make the Customizer page non-ssl (regular http protocol in the address bar).
If you have to have SSL on the Customize / Customizer page, please contact us for a quote on a custom development.
